Since when do they charge extra for children? Camping is a family affair, that means children too.
Wow, I can't belive you (and the other poster) were unaware that a lot of campgrounds charge extra for kids. My experience is that a lot of privately owned campgrounds charge one fee for 2 adults and an extra fee (per night) for each child. I will not stay at a campground that charges extra for kids. I'm hoping I can cut back on my search by asking here.

List Kid Friendly Campgrounds Here
List campgrounds that you know that do not charge extra for kids here. I'd like to know which ones that do not charge for each of my kids as I will only stay at those campgrounds. Please list the name of the campground and where it is located.
I know of 2 in Branson, MO (there may be others though):
Ozark Country Campground does not charge for kids under 12.

I live in SW Missouri and I just bought a truck camper. I am looking for some people to get together with and camp this spring, summer, and fall. If there is a club that all ready exist could someone please tell me how to contact them. If there isn't one would some of you like to start one with me.
